We are facing unprecedented times with the cost of everything skyrocketing. We at Fight Rope want to reassure you that we are behind you. If you have to exchange the car for the bike, then add fightrope to your regimen to build strength in your legs, because the days of mass human foot traffic is coming.
Also, this summer, when it is time to get out and let the sun’s rays blanket you in Vitamins be ready to fill those lungs full of air and enjoy those hikes, pick up games on the basketball or tennis courts, swinging the baseball bat and hitting your first home run, and finally just enjoy the laps in the pool.
The sun is helpful, but be sure to use Sunscreen! Carry your fightrope proudly and skip everyday to get to where you always wanted to be physically. Walk, skip, run, and play your heart out with us as we acknowledge that everyone is on a different journey, everyone is facing insurmountable odds, but let’s even the playing field with a rush of endorphins to keep us exhilarated, ready for war, and able to be the superheroes locked inside of us.

For the athletes: Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ensure that you and your closest friends are training this summer for fall and winter sports. You will single-handedly determine if you are going to be Varsity or JV with your actions. Stay in the gym, stay focused even when you feel like there is no gym. If you are off visiting family, at camp, or engaging in other activities, the fight rope is perfect to maintain a high cardio program and build your strength. Put in the headphones, and increase your sessions until you are running miles while skipping rope, and using our summer program to build strength, endurance, and power!
