Warm-Up: Jump Rope Basics (5 minutes)
- Basic Jump - 1 minute
- Alternate Foot Step - 1 minute
- High Knees - 1 minute
- Side Straddle - 1 minute
- Rest and Stretch - 1 minute
Strength and Endurance Circuit (20 minutes)
- Double Unders - 3 sets of 30 seconds
- Jump Rope Sprints - 3 sets of 1 minute (30 seconds rest between sets)
- Push-Up to Plank Jumps - 3 sets of 10 reps
- Jump Rope Jacks - 3 sets of 1 minute
- Mountain Climbers - 3 sets of 1 minute
Skill Development: Advanced Techniques (10 minutes)
- Criss-Cross - 2 minutes (practice timing and coordination)
- Side Swing to Jump - 2 minutes (work on smooth transitions)
- Triple Unders - 2 minutes (focus on form and speed)
- Backward Jumping - 2 minutes (challenge your brain and body)
- Freestyle Session - 2 minutes (get creative and have fun)
Core Blast (10 minutes)
- Jump Rope High Knees with Twist - 3 sets of 1 minute
- Plank Hold - 3 sets of 1 minute
- Bicycle Crunches - 3 sets of 30 seconds
- Leg Raises - 3 sets of 15 reps
- Russian Twists - 3 sets of 1 minute
Cool Down: Stretch and Recover (5 minutes)
