Fight Week Spotlight: Erik "Goyito" Perez

Érik Gregorio Pérez Ruvalcaba - also known as Goyito - has a fight coming this week inside the Bellator Octogon! Hailing from Guadalupe, Mexico he is pound for pound the most dangerous man at featherweight. After his previous career at Bantamweight, he aims to battle his way through the ranks for the featherweight title.

Goyito power is something to be feared as he is currently 20-8-0 which is a very telling tale of a warrior and contender. His style is heavlily influeced with a famlial boxing pedigree as his brother Jorge competed as a Pro Boxer. However, his camp is filed with Division I wrestlers, Black Belt Bjj practioners, and world class grapplers and he doesn't mind the ground game when necessary.

The call for battle is primal for this all around badass who invokes the power of his discipline and warriors blood flowing through his veins.
