Start Your Week Strong with Fight Rope’s Monday Movement Routine:

Warm-Up (5 Minutes): Start with light jumping to wake up the body and loosen up the muscles. Two-foot hops, side-to-side jumps, and some boxer shuffles will get you ready to go.

Skill & Technique (10 Minutes): Focus on footwork combinations—crossovers, single-foot hops, and speed jumps to improve your coordination and agility. Challenge yourself to a minute of high knees with the rope!

Endurance Training (10 Minutes): Turn up the heat with interval training! Jump at a steady pace for 30 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of sprint jumps. Repeat for 10 minutes, pushing yourself to go faster with each set.

Cool Down (5 Minutes): Wind down with light jumps and stretches for your legs, calves, and shoulders. Slow deep breaths and gentle movement will help your body recover and prepare for the next session.
