Saturday Skip Rope Sesh' Workout Routine
Let's get into the workout! This routine is designed to challenge your endurance, coordination, and agility. All you need is your Fight Rope and a can-do attitude.
Warm-Up (5 minutes)
- Jumping Jacks: 1 minute
- High Knees: 1 minute
- Arm Circles: 1 minute (30 seconds forward, 30 seconds backward)
- Butt Kicks: 1 minute
- Dynamic Stretches: 1 minute (focus on legs and shoulders)
Main Workout (20 minutes)
- Basic Jump: 2 minutes
- Rest: 30 seconds
- Alternating Foot Jump: 2 minutes
- Rest: 30 seconds
- Criss-Cross Jump: 2 minutes
- Rest: 30 seconds
- Double Unders: 1 minute (aim for as many as possible)
- Rest: 1 minute
- Side-to-Side Jump: 2 minutes
- Rest: 30 seconds
- High Knees Jump: 2 minutes
- Rest: 30 seconds
- Freestyle: 2 minutes (mix in any tricks or variations you like)
- Cool Down: 5 minutes (light jogging in place and stretching)
