Here’s your Thursday Fight Rope workout:

Warm-Up (3 minutes): Slow pace, controlled jumps. Focus on technique. This is where you find your rhythm.

Round 1: Speed Jump (1 minute)
Go as fast as you can without breaking form. Keep your core tight and wrists loose. It’s not about how high you jump—it’s about how fast you spin. -
Round 2: Double Unders (1 minute)
Explode into each jump, getting the rope under your feet twice per jump. Push your limits here. Double unders are the secret weapon for conditioning and power. -
Round 3: Boxer Step (2 minutes)
Shift side to side with each jump. Stay light on your feet and move with grace. This is where your agility kicks in. -
Round 4: Power Burst (1 minute)
For the final minute, it’s all about maximum effort. Sprint through your jumps. Leave nothing in the tank.
Rest for 1 minute and repeat the cycle 3 times.
