Welcome to another thrilling Tuesday Training Session! Today, we're focusing on precision and power, aiming to sharpen your skills while building strength and endurance. Get ready to elevate your jump rope game with a workout designed to challenge and invigorate.
Warm-Up: Dynamic Stretching (5 minutes)
- Arm Circles - 1 minute (30 seconds each direction)
- Leg Swings - 1 minute (30 seconds each leg)
- Hip Rotations - 1 minute (30 seconds each direction)
- Jumping Jacks - 2 minutes
Precision Drills (10 minutes)
- Single-Leg Hops - 2 minutes (1 minute each leg)
- High Knees - 2 minutes
- Side-to-Side Jumps - 2 minutes
- Criss-Cross Feet - 2 minutes
- Double Unders - 2 minutes
Power Circuit (15 minutes)
- Double Under Burpees - 3 sets of 10 reps
- High-Intensity Interval Skipping - 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off for 5 minutes
- Explosive Squat Jumps - 3 sets of 15 reps
- Jump Rope Sprints - 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off for 5 minutes
Core Focus (10 minutes)
- Plank Jacks - 3 sets of 20 reps
- Russian Twists - 3 sets of 30 seconds
- Bicycle Crunches - 3 sets of 20 reps
- V-Ups - 3 sets of 15 reps
Cool Down: Static Stretching (5 minutes)
- Hamstring Stretch - 1 minute each leg
- Quad Stretch - 1 minute each leg
- Shoulder Stretch - 1 minute each arm
- Deep Breathing and Relaxation - 1 minute
